RETURN POLICY
We get it, sometimes a fit just isn’t right. You’ve got 14 days from the day your order lands to send it back for a refund or exchange.
To start a return, just reach out through our CONTACT US page and our team will sort you out fast.

Note: Make sure your gear is unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags still attached. We can’t accept items that don’t meet these conditions.

Kevlar reserves the right to inspect all returns and deny refunds or exchanges for items showing wear, damage, missing tags, or signs of washing. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we’re not responsible for lost or damaged parcels in transit.

REFUNDS
Once we’ve checked your return and it passes inspection, we’ll refund it to your original payment method.

Heads up, shipping costs aren’t refundable, and depending on your bank or provider, it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show up in your account.

To qualify for a return:
Gear must be unworn and in resellable condition. All tags need to be attached. Items must be clean and free from scents, marks, or wear
If your return doesn’t meet these standards, Kevlar reserves the right to decline it.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We’ve got you covered, wherever you are. International customers can start a return by reaching out through our CONTACT US page. Just include your order number and let us know if you’d like a refund or store credit.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a DHL shipping label and confirm the return courier fee during the process. We use a tracked and insured service to keep things smooth and avoid customs delays.

How it works:
Go to our Contact Us page and submit your order number with your return request.

Once approved and the courier fee is paid, your DHL return label will be emailed to you.

Print and attach the label securely to your parcel.

Clearly write the DHL tracking number (AWB) on the package.

Drop it off at a DHL Service Point or schedule a pickup.

Once it reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or store credit will be processed.

You’ll get email updates at every stage.

Processing can take up to 14 working days after your parcel arrives at our warehouse.

EXCHANGES
We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size.

If you’d like something different, simply return your original order and place a new one. During the returns process, you can choose between:

Instant store credit (once your return is approved), or

A refund to your original payment method.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
